Vegetarian Borsht Mushroom dumplings

Ingredients: red beets, vegetable broth (carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, tomatoes), dough, mushrooms mix, lemon juice, parsley, spices.
Refrigerate for no more than two days, otherwise freeze to maintain freshness.
Cooking instructions:
Boil in a pot 2–3 minutes. Add sour cream to taste.
